For You
Individuals come to coaching when they sense they are leaking energy and are out of alignment with their values. When they are in transition, about to cross a threshold, and would like to explore new horizons. When they would like to set boundaries and give themselves a fresh perspective. Like putting on their own oxygen mask.
Leaders come to coaching so that they can do the inner work that allows them to be more real, get clarity on their areas of impact, get support managing upwards and managing difficult conversations and competing priorities. The result is owning their part in how their team and stakeholders work together towards collective outcomes that make a difference to the business and people's careers.
Coaching supervision is where your best coaching emerges. It helps you get support, perspective and regulation so you can respond to clients and the world with more resources, respect and hope.
Tanya works in a way that is lively, playful, provocative, bespoke and supportive, for you to get clear on what matters, make the shifts that matter to you and be kind to yourself during the process.
“
Tanya and I have been working together for the past year. She was recommended to me by a colleague/friend. She used her coaching skills to help me in a number of areas we identified and focused on at the beginning of the year. The learnings and tools Tanya provided brought benefits in other unexpected professional areas too. Between meetings you can expect reach-outs, nuggets of thought leadership and general support! She is a pleasure to be with, and brings with her lots of lots of positive energy! Thank you Tanya for all your help this past year.

For Your Team
Teams get coaching when they are forming, or when there are changes they want to integrate, or when the organization is scaling and requiring even more of them. This gathering together with a neutral facilitator allows them to gift each other their most important assets - listening, sharing, opening to their limitations and being brave enough to shine. The result is more trust by being real & vulnerable, more energy through talking about what really matters, more connection and commitment because they feel more belonging and dignity.
Tanya and co-facilitators work in a way that gives the team deep experiences whilst also having fun. In these team workshops it's about creating a safe container, sharing that allows relationships to be more human and real and allowing the team to align about what matters going forward.
“
I've had the pleasure to work with Tanya for a number of years now and her impact on me and my team has been tremendous.
She has an infectious energy and always manages to spark great thoughts and insights, giving us tangible things to implement and improve our business.
I would highly recommend working with her as a coach (individual or team).
